The Unisilver watch is warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under the terms and condition of the warranty.

Q: How can I make sure my watch remains water resistant?

Water resistance is not permanent. In the course of time, the gaskets of the cases may become worn and reduce the water resistance of the watches. Exposure to environments such as chlorinated pools, salt water or soaps from showering can accelerate drying of the gaskets. Every watch remain water resistant provided that the lens, buttons, crown, case, case back and gaskets remain intact. Do not operate crowns or buttons when the watch is wet or under water.

Q: Are Unisilver watches are made of solid gold or are they gold plated?

UniSilver watches are ion gold plated.

The stainless steel used by Unisilver does not contain nickel. Two-Tone rose and gold cases are also ion tested without nickel.

Leather Straps: Non-Waterproof straps should not be submerged in water.

Magnetic fields: avoid placing your watch on speakers or refrigerators, since these have strong magnetic fields.

Bathing in the sea: always rinse your watch with warm water afterwards.

Crown: Pull and push the crown carefully to ensure that no water or gas enter the mechanism.

Cleaning: Use a soft cloth for drying the water resistant watches after submerged in water. We can clean watches by using cleaning machine in our office.

Chemical products: avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetic products etc., since they may damage the bracelet, the case or the gaskets.
