In our current auction terms and condition, if a won item has NOT been paid yet after 30 days, all points of the user shall be consumed and be reset to zero. Our team is closely monitoring all transactions. We reserve the right, at any time, disqualify and ban a member found to be just messing around with our online services.

I find the current bidding process fair for everyone and I don't think there's a need to restrict those who have won and would want to continue bidding. Auction is not for everyone to win but for those who would put the highest amount at a more frequent occasion. A one time P400 bid for an appealing item costing relatively expensive is of course very unlikely to win.

Also, what is then the reason of giving additional points those who won the bid and paid the item if he would be restricted?

For those won items but were not purchased, it will be used or subject for future auctions right? Coz there's one watch I really like but was stripped off me at the bid. I wish they are serious in paying for it. Yeah, there should be a close-monitoring to those members who are making bids just for fun. Take note also of the effort and time wastage for us people who find time to get online just to get items at a lesser price.

Thanks for your concern. Our team evaluates every bid placed, specially those who won the auction. We definitely block members who are just messing-up with our system. We understand the time and effort a member has to give to participate in an auction to get an item at a lower price.
