hello yukime! thanks for asking...
our sales staff can replace the watch straps themselves. the only time the watches are to be sent to the head office is when there is no strap available in the store, or if the watch has other problems other than the strap.
if the customer is not comfortable with it, then they can order the strap ahead of time and they can be informed when it arrives so that the straps will be replaced in the stores.
