strap replacement

Hi! Ask ko lang po. Why do we have to surrender the watches for 2-3 weeks for strap replacement? Hindi po ba kaya ng staffs sa branches na palitan ng strap? Bakit hindi po pwede na order na lang (kahit bayaran na agad) then padala na sa branch yung strap for mga ilang araw lang, then yung staffs na sa branches yung mag-replace? :?:

hello yukime! thanks for asking...

our sales staff can replace the watch straps themselves. the only time the watches are to be sent to the head office is when there is no strap available in the store, or if the watch has other problems other than the strap.

if the customer is not comfortable with it, then they can order the strap ahead of time and they can be informed when it arrives so that the straps will be replaced in the stores.
