UniSilver TIME sell quality watches for an affordable price.

2. What products do you offer?

A wide variety of quality watches from Men's and Women's collection to watch that would suit your Casual, Formal and Sports Attire.

3. What about the product's warranty?

UniSilver TIME watches are placed under warranty for a period of one year from date of purchase against any defects on parts as a result of any manufacturing fault. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, abusive use (knock, dents, crushing, etc.), unauthorized alteration, manipulation, or repair as well as the consequences of normal wear and tear. The warranty covers change/replacement of battery and mechanics under the stated 1year period. (Applicable only in the Philippines)

4. What is your Returns/Replacement Policy?

If it happens that you received an item with the damage / defect; please report it within 48 hours immediately as soon as you have received the order package. And if it is possible, please take a photo of it as you reach us through email at helpdesk@unisilvertime.com. We will be in touch with you as to what will be the next steps on how we could replace the item that was bought. Bought items can be replaced with the exact same model or a model with the same selling price. Models with the same price are yet to be verified first for the availability of stocks.

5. Do you offer Order Refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Though we do replacements of items with defects/damages and we do order cancellation.

6. How to cancel orders?

Customers may cancel it on their own. Just go to your account and see the transaction. 7. What if I broke my watch after some time, how do I get it repaired?

Just drop by at any UniSilver TIME watches branch or any UniSilver TIME Service Centers to have your watches checked by our expert watch technicians.

ORDERING
1. Do I need to create an account to shop at your site?

A customer may opt not to register an account on this website. Yet the customer can purchase our products via Checkout as Guest. Just select an item and hit on the Add to cart button, then click proceed to check out to see.

3. Where can I see my cart?

Just click the "My Cart" tab seen on the upper most right part of your screen.

4. How to add items to my cart?

When in "Desktop View" just hover your mouse to the picture of the model. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button.

When on Mobile View click on the "View Watch" button under the photo of the model then click the "Add to Cart" Orange Button.

5. How will I know if I have successfully placed an order?

After the whole checkout process. You will automatically receive a confirmation via email.Complete with the details: Name, Billing Information, Payment Method Used, Shopping-Information, Item, Quantity, Shipping Fee, Points Deduction (if used) and the Total Amount of Purchase.

6. Do you accept International orders?

No, We do local shipping.

Note; Returns, Replacement of  Orders, Cancellation and Warranty is not applicable to International  Orders.

7. What if I placed an order today, but tomorrow is a holiday, will my order be cancelled or delayed?

Your orders will not be cancelled. But please be informed that Holidays are not included in the official count of our lead time.

 
8. Where do I get the discounts?

Discounts might come in a form of deduction from Points accumulated when purchasing, creating an account. Discounts may also come from our Promotional Activities. Always stay tuned to our website for promo announcements. As we might give out a big discount on your favorite watch designs.

PAYMENT

1. How do I pay for my orders?

We offer 3 ways of Payment either through over the counter  (BDO, ROBINSONS & or BPI) through credit payment via PayPal and Cash on Delivery payment. Which is only applicable for Metro Manila/NCR Areas and Selected Calabarzon Areas.

2. Do you only accept the Philippine currency?

Yes. In the case of our International Customers who wants to order and have it shipped to aPhilippine Address, you may only choose PayPal as Payment Method. Our website is set to deduct Peso as currency.

3. Are there any added fees for my original purchase?

Yes, only the delivery fee would be included in the purchase. But for Orders above PHP 995.00the delivery fee is waived. Please see here: http://www.unisilvertime.com/news/free-delivery-guideline.html

4. How much is the delivery fee?

The local delivery fee would be PHP. 100.00 for 1 item and PHP 150.00 for 2-3 items. FREE delivery for orders above PHP 995.00

SHIPMENT
1. How long does the shipping take?

Our lead time is 3-4 day if shipping address is within the Manila Area and 5-7 days if the delivery is in the Provincial Area. 2. How can I know the status of the delivery?

You will receive a text message from us as soon as we forward your order to our 3PL (3rd PartyLogistics) which is Xend. We will be giving your tracking number that you can check on http://www.xend.com.ph/tracker.aspx

3. Do you still ship or process, during holidays?

No. Our 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) ships during holidays. But if in case that they will also be having a cut off period, we will inform our customers in advance. Again, we do not process orders during the holidays. We will process your order on a weekday after that Holiday.
